POWERCUT® x Zoe Markos-Thresher Cotswolds Retreat Competition

1. Promoter
   The promoter of this competition is POWERCUT®, Powercut Clothing Limted (“the Promoter”).
   
   
2. Eligibility
   The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland and United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, Zoe Markos-Thresher, the retreat provider, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
   
   
3. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must complete and submit the competition entry form or enter via Instagram or Facebook post before the closing date.
   No purchase is necessary to enter.
   
   
4. Competition Period
   The competition opens on 24th August 2026 at 8:15PM and closes on 30th August 2026 at 8PM.
   Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
   
   
5. The Prize
   One winner will receive a Cotswolds yoga retreat experience for themselves and one guest.
   The prize includes:
   
   A two-night retreat for two at Pye Corner in the Cotswolds
   
   Yoga sessions with Zoe Markos-Thresher as included in the retreat programme
   
   Accommodation for two
   
   Meals included as part of the retreat programme
   
   Return economy flights for the winner and one guest. Departure and return flights can only be from within Republic of Ireland or United Kingdom.
   
   Ground transfers associated with the arranged travel.
   
   A POWERCUT® retreat wardrobe for the winner and guest, with styles and sizes subject to availability.
   
   
   
6. Retreat Dates
   The prize is valid for the retreat taking place on 7th to 9th May 2027.
   The winner and their guest must be available to travel on the required dates. Alternative retreat dates are not available.
   
   
7. Travel
   Flights and transfers will be booked by or on behalf of the Promoter. Travel arrangements, airlines, airports and flight times will be determined by the Promoter and are subject to availability.
   The winner and guest are responsible for ensuring they hold any valid passport, identification, visa, immigration permission or other documentation required to travel.
   Travel insurance, airport parking, travel to and from the designated departure airport, personal expenditure and any costs not expressly stated as part of the prize are not included unless otherwise confirmed by the Promoter.
   
   
8. POWERCUT® Wardrobe
   The POWERCUT® retreat wardrobe will consist of a selection of POWERCUT® products chosen by the Promoter. Product choice, colour and sizing will be subject to availability. No cash equivalent will be offered in place of unavailable products.
   
   
9. Winner Selection
   One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
   
   
10. Winner Notification
    The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or contact details supplied with their entry within 3 working days of the competition closing.
    

The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted and provide any information reasonably required to arrange the prize.

If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated period, is ineligible or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

1. Guest
   The winner’s nominated guest must also be aged 18 years or over and satisfy any travel and eligibility requirements associated with the prize.
   
   
2. Prize Conditions
   The prize is non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
   

The prize may not be sold, exchanged or transferred to another person without the prior written agreement of the Promoter.

Elements of the prize may be subject to the individual terms, conditions and availability of airlines, accommodation providers, retreat organisers and other third-party suppliers.

1. Changes or Cancellation
   If circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter affect the availability of any part of the prize, the Promoter may substitute that element with an alternative of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.
   

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities which cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumer-facing terms should be clear, fair and transparent under Irish consumer law.

1. Publicity
   The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition, but participation in such publicity will not be a condition of receiving the prize unless expressly agreed.
   
   
2. Personal Data
   Personal information provided to enter the competition will be used to administer the competition, contact the winner and fulfil the prize.
   

Where necessary, winner details may be shared with Zoe Markos Thresher, the retreat provider, travel providers and other relevant suppliers solely for the purpose of arranging the prize.

Entry into the competition should be treated as consent to receive marketing communications.

Personal data will otherwise be handled in accordance with the POWERCUT® Privacy Policy.

1. Invalid Entries
   The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, submitted using automated methods or otherwise breach these Terms & Conditions.
   
   
2. Third-Party Platforms
   This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta. Entrants release those platforms from any responsibility in connection with the competition.
   
   
3. Acceptance of Terms
   By entering the competition, entrants confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
   
   
4. Governing Law
   These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without affecting any mandatory rights an entrant may have under applicable consumer law.
