What is your returns policy?

Returning an unwanted item?

Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for any items returned after the relevant time period.

Products must be returned unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached (if your item had tags when you received it). If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.

For all returns, we aim to refund you within 5-10 working days of receiving the returned item. 

Non-refundable items

Sale items cannot be refunded except where the item is faulty or defective.

Hygiene and our customers’ safety is important to us, so 'Seamless Underwear' cannot be returned.

Exchanges 

Exchanges are not part of our returns policy. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order. 

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on their way to us. Ensure to get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. 

Anything returned to POWERCUT by mistake, which is not a POWERCUT item will be the responsibility of the sender, not POWERCUT.  If we're able to locate the items and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
