To be honest I don't like this sports bra.
There is no support and it's very lose.
I am usually usually a 12 with ample cleavage and I sized down for this and it's still big. I wouldn't recommend it for running as not supportive. There is too much bounce.
Very pretty to look at but unfortunately it does not do what it should.

Love the sports bra! Especially love the pocket in the back. Initially I thought it would be too small for my phone but it has so much stretch and fits my iPhone 12 comfortably and I couldn’t feel it when I was running.
