Returns Policy
Products must be returned within 28 days from your delivery date. We cannot offer you a refund for any items returned after the relevant time period.
Exchanges are not part of our returns policy. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
Products must be returned unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).
For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks and water bottles cannot be returned.
All items are inspected on return.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned item(s).
Refunds can be made onto the original payment method used or eGift Card. Please select which option you would prefer when setting up your return.
For purchases made using a combination of card and gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Items purchased on our online store can only be returned to our online warehouse and cannot be returned in concession stores.
