What is your returns policy?

 

Extended Christmas Returns

Online purchases can now be returned up to Wednesday 10th January 2024. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange for any items returned after the relevant time period.

Products must be returned unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).

All items are inspected on return.

For all returns, we will refund you within 10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Any item/s purchased online can only be returned to our online warehouse and cannot be returned in store.

 

Non-refundable items

Hygiene and our customers’ safety is important to us, therefore underwear, socks and water bottles cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges 

Exchanges are not part of our returns policy. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
