Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?

Place your order before 12pm to ensure same day dispatch. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

How do I track my order?

A shipping confirmation email will be sent from POWERCUT when your order is packed. You will receive a separate email from our courier with your tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.

Do you ship orders on weekends?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If you place an order after 12pm on Friday it won't be packed until the following Monday.

When it comes to the delivery of your order, each carrier has its own operating hours.

I was sent the incorrect order, what should I do?

In the unlikely event that you received the incorrect order, please contact us immediately.

Please provide the following information to our team:

- Order Number
- Confirmation of items received
- Photographs of swingtags

All errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

My order is delayed.

For information on expected delivery timeframes, please check out 'How long does it take to receive my order?' section above.

Our logistics team tracks progress of all deliveries, so if something is delayed, steps are usually underway to resolve this issue.

If your expected delivery window has passed and you haven't had an update from us, please contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you have placed an incorrect order.

We will try our best to update your order however, if it has already been processed, we will be unable to update/cancel your order.

Your order will be shipped to you. If you’re not happy with your order once you’ve received it, you can return using our online portal.

My order has been marked as delivered but I have not received it.

Please get in touch with your order number and issue details so we can investigate this further. All delivery disputes must be reported within 28 days from purchase time of your order.

What is your returns policy?

How do I set up a return?

Returns for IE and NI customers are FREE via DPD. If you're unable to access a DPD drop off point, you can request a collection by getting in touch with our customer service team.

If you decide to use a courier of your choice, you will be responsible for any postage charges.

Returns from outside IE and NI you will be subject to return postage costs.

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are not part of our returns policy. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

Can items purchased online be returned to concession stores?

Items purchased online can only be returned to our online warehouse.

My item is faulty. What can I do?

We pride ourselves on our high-quality product, however we are aware some unexpected quality issues may arise.

We are happy to accept the return of faulty items within 6 months of purchase starting from the order date.

Please get in touch with our customer service team here sharing your order number/receipt, description and photos of the fault.

If it has been over 6 months since your order was placed, we won't be able to accept the return of the item.

Please note that we are unable to help with any items purchased at store concessions.

The returns portal is not working, what should I do?

If you are experiencing issues with our returns portal, please check the following:

1. The email address used to place the order has been entered correctly.

2. The order number has been entered correctly, as it appears on your order confirmation.

3. Your order is within the 28 day period from the purchase date.

Refunds

How long before I receive my refund?

For all returns, we aim to refund you within 10 working days of receiving the returned item(s).

Will my refund go back to my original payment method?

Yes, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Please select this option when setting up your return in our online portal.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to show in your account.

Will my delivery fee be refunded?

Your delivery fee will not be refunded for returned orders.

I paid with a gift card/store credit.

If you have paid on a gift card/ store credit and select a refund you will receive this back onto the gift card used.

Can I get store credit instead of a refund to original payment method?

If you would prefer your refund to back on as Store Credit, please select this option when setting up your return on our online portal.

Please note, store credit will be sent in the form of an eGift Card. This will be sent directly to you via email once your refund has been processed.

I used a combination of gift card and card. Where will my refund go?

For purchases made using a combination of card and gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

Do you offer physical gift cards?

We only offer online eGift Cards

When will I receive my gift card?

eGift Cards are sent instantly once purchase has been processed. Please check your junk mail if the eGift Card hasn't arrived in your inbox.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Once you receive your confirmation email, click 'View Your Gift Card' to reveal your code.

Use this code at checkout to redeem your gift card.

What payment options are available?

We offer a number of ways to pay including some Buy Now, Pay Later options:

Apple Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, Paypal, Shop Pay, Union Pay, Visa.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes!

Klarna is a flexible payment service that allows our ROI community to make instant purchases and pay in three equal payments, without accruing any interest!

Place your order as normal and select Klarna as your method of payment. You'll then be required to pay for the order in three installments.

Your first installment will be collected when your order is confirmed by us and installments 2 & 3 are scheduled 30 days apar.

You can always monitor your payments’ schedule in the Klarna app​ too!

Klarna is currently only available for ROI customers. You must be 18 or over with a billing and delivery address registered in the ROI.

I forgot to add my discount code at checkout, can I add it later?

All available discount codes must be applied at checkout before your order is processed.

We are unable to add discounts to your order after checkout is complete.

Can I use two discount codes at once?

Unfortunately only one discount code can be used per order.

My discount code isn’t working, what should I do?

Each discount code will have specific terms and conditions. The most common reasons your discount may not be working are:

- The discount code may have expired
- Only one discount code can be used per order
- Our discount codes are not case sensitive but spaces in the wrong place can cause an error so please double check that the code is entered correctly.
